The hostel has a great location, very central directly on the Diagonal Av., so it's pretty easy to walk almost everywhere in Barcelona in 20-30 minutes. There are also several buses stops nearby and the metro is not far, so it's also well communicated.
The downside to being directly on this main road is that the rooms facing the front of the building are VERY loud, with traffic noises not stopping either at night, so this may be a big problem for people sensitive to noise.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
We didn't really use much the kitchen, but it is definitely very convenient to have, and there's flatrate popcorn.
For the price it was definitely a good stay, as long as you keep in mind that this is a budget hostel. Anyone looking for something fancy should probably consider paying for a higher end hotel.
