Run down facility
Family matters bring us to town since many years and we stay in hotels around the town on regular base. Beside this, business travel brings me around the USA and world frequently.
This time, we choose this facility for 8 nights and we are very disappointed. I never came across such a run down facility in this price segment with such a lack of customer service and orientation. The light housekeeping is not done even though requested in advance and confirmed. The staff gives a list of excuses why things or not done and some prefer to play with the mobile or keep staying on the phones or chatting with friends. Nobody fixes broken issues in the room and around the facility. The air condition is sounding like a truck in the bedroom and if switched off, you simply hear the machines from the rooms around. The fan in the bath sounds like blowing you off. There is painting of the outside walls ongoing, starting early morning, today 07:10, kicking you out of bed immediately, and what bothers, there is no information or apology towards the customers for such inconvenience. This outside painting will not solve the daily customer issues nor the run down inside of the facility.
I’m sure you know the principles of customer feedback. Nevertheless, instead of bothering around with such major topics, we will go for other hotel facilities around the town in future.
