I am very disappointed with the service of this hotel. No room service has taken place under the excuse of the corona pandemic. I stayed there for two and a half weeks and within this time the room has not been cleaned for only one time. Even so the bathroom which is for me much more dissapointing. I asked the persons on the reception desk but they refused the cleaning. Especially in times of Corona, hygiene is particularly important.
The next negative point for me was the breakfast. The selection on the buffet was very limited. There was only plastic dishes and cutlery. This creates a lot of unnecessary waste. Absolutely unacceptable from an environmental point of view.
The rooms were very noisy. You can hear all the noises from the hallway and from the neighboring rooms.
Positiv: large room with large bed. But all in all a disappointing stay in this hotel. I would not recommend.
