Pros: the staff, the location, the food in the restaurant, and the free parking.
Cons: the phone in my room didn't work even to call the front desk or room service, the room smelled like strong chemicals and made me and my family members who visited gag (one was a child with asthma who had significant problems breathing), I ordered the same breakfast both days but the price and items received were different, there were no pens or paper in the room which is odd for a conference center where people are commonly working, water pressure in the shower was weak, attractions are not actually discounted as advertised unless you purchase a ticket for all at the same time (including the 2/4 that were closed), the gardens and grounds were run down, and the outdoor children amenities were broken (ping pong balls, Jenga)
The worst thing was that a high school convention was occurring simultaneously, and I had to try to sleep while students were screaming in the hallways. Staff did come and warn the students to be quiet, but it was annoying and happened more than once.
