Place was fine. When we first arrived, I went to the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to go into the back of the tank and fix the toilet handle arm that wasn’t connected to the lever on the air tank. For a moment, I felt like I was still at work. Other than that, it was fine

Great location in between Universal Studios and Disney World. Lots of dining options nearby both walkable and short drives to restaurants. grocery & shopping. Icon Park is right next door and a fun place to hang out even in the evenings to enjoy some music and food. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are very spacious. Loved having the kitchen in the room so we could eat in a couple of nights. This hotel has a very nice fresh scent when you walk in! Free breakfast downstairs was a plus and they coffee/tea /water available all day. Love that. Front desk staff was very nice. Our telephone did not work in our room so if you wanted to call front desk you have to walk to the elevator and use the house phone, or use your cell, or just go downstairs because who uses land lines anymore?). Rooms are lightly cleaned every other day and re-stocked (towels/tp etc.) which is fine. Parking is right across the hotel (self park or valet) but not included $ with your stay. I was charged for valet parking in error but I called the hotel once I was back home and they refunded me the difference promptly. Thank you Element Hotel, we will stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

From the moment I laid eyes on this property I fell in love w it! It is just like the pictures! The rooms are clean and has everything you need! I love that it has a lot of dinning options nearby. Walkable too. Walmart is an Uber away about 10$ you can get everything you need there. Also, the breakfast is good and saves you $ too. The beds are super comfortable! Overall my experience was wonderful! I will be coming back.
