Please be careful before you book the hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed, but really very loud. I had a superior room on the third floor with a window facing one of Lisbon's main arteries. Even with earplugs I could hear the noise from the street at night. The design of the hotel is very nice and functional, what you expect of a budget hotel chain. I really liked the interior and there is even a fridge in the room. However, some of the furnishings are a little worn. The breakfast and the friendliness and competence of the staff are outstanding. The location is also very good despite the noise. Bus to the airport or Belem right in front of the hotel, a metro station and a supermarket near by and also an ATM.
