if there is a queue of 30 customers and only 2, later 3 persons on the reception for the check-in at the hotel defined check-in time, but 4 persons at the concierge ( for taxi, luggage, etc. ) standing around ( with nothing to do ) then i must ask my self, whether THIS is customer focused or not ! and no seating area in this "lobby" ( eg. for elder customers who have to wait for 30 min or longer ) for such a star-hotel INCREDIBLE .. management should ask themselves, whether they are capable in setting up the right ( customer focused ) processes and equip them with the right staff ( my opinion was in the long time in the waiting queue also supported by others ) ..
