The Hotel on itself is great and very beatiful. The swimming pools are great and the beach is simply extraordinary. The "simpler" personal is extremely friendly (waiters and waitresses, bartenders, cleaning personal...)!! Food is really average (great breakfast, italian restaurant very good, greek restaurant ok, BBQ buffet restaurant and food at the Payot poolbar are terrible). But unfortunatelly, the main problem and reason for my bad hotel evaluation are the reception and manegement. They are extremely useless, unhelpfull and without care for the guests, which is completly incompatible with a five star hotel!! I'll list a couple of very simple issues that we had, which could have been resolved very simply but weren't, as if we were is a 2 star bed and breakfest.
- We arrived on Aug 31st at around 20:20 and had a reservation at the Restaurant for 21:00. Me and my wife needed sometime to shower and get dressed for the restaurant, which has a dressing code, by the way. When in the room, I called the reception to tell we would be 15 to 30 minutes late. To my surprise, she said that the Restaurant couldn't wait and we would miss the reservation!!! Really, Radisson? After a long trip to hotel with my 6 months pregnant wife, we asked for some more time to shower and get dressed, and the answer is "come fast or you won't be able to eat"?
