I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel. My experience was far from the standard one would expect from a hotel of your reputation, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to prevent others from having a similar experience.
Delayed Check-In: Despite my confirmed check-in time of 3:00 PM, I was unable to access my room until 5:30 PM. This delay was not communicated in advance, nor was there any form of compensation offered for the inconvenience.
Lack of Breakfast Facility: The hotel advertised breakfast services that were non-existent during my stay. There were no staff available to address this issue, leaving me without an essential amenity.
Inadequate Room Service: The absence of room service staff further compounded the discomfort, as there was no support available for basic needs during my stay.
Cost vs. Experience: I paid $423 for a two-night stay, which I believe was grossly disproportionate to the service and facilities provided. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and did not justify the expense.
