Theres is not one thing that I would recommend from this place... room was dirty... couch was gross, room smelled moldy, morning breakfast was ok except the hard muffin I got, plus the cupboard door broke pff while all the guests were in their eating.

A horror

This stay was a complete nightmare. The place was run down, dirty and falling apart. They have the audacity to charge people money for the disgusting condition. A deposit of $200 was taken in the event of damage. How? The place is falling apart. How would one determine damage upon check out? The service was friendly. We ran out to buy cleaning products to make it through the night. We were offered another room in the very same condition. The entire place should not be in business. The filters in the ac/heating unit were so clogged it was inoperable. There was blood (?) On the wall. The carpeting had clearly not been vaccumed. When painted, they did so over the trim and outlets. The amount of dust causes made the TV look white and not black. The accumulation of urine around the toilet was something I had never seen before. (Dark and crusty). The bathroom doors were cracked. We had such a long day at work that there wasn't any time to go elsewhere. Instead of going to sleep we had to find a place to buy cleaning products. Random pieces of drywall just laying around in the hallway There have to be standards. This was a horror, like a bad prank

Never again

I rented two rooms for friends from Japan. At checkin they said noises I had only 1 room despite shouting g them a payment receipt for two from hotels.com. Thankfully hotels helped One of my friends woke in the middle of the night to a torrent of water pouring into him from above. Both friends rooms were flooded and all their clothing and belongings were wet. The staff were reluctant to give them an alternative room and were very accusatory. When we talked about some form of compensation they refused and said use your own insurance. Never again will I stay at a super 8 or Wyndham

Ok stay, but with issues

Stay was ok for the most part as I knew I it was a 2 star stay. However, room has lots of what looked like fruit flies, I was advise that this was all over the resort. Room was dusty and I had to bring it to a worker attention to be sorted out. Also for days there was a loud water dripping above the ceiling in the bathroom and I informed at least 3 workers to it but it was still there upon leaving.

Rooms and halls had a smoke like smell, elevator sounded like it was going to break, bathroom door was peeling. Overall not a great stay but staff were nice. Convenient location if travelling from Ajax Go station

Convenient location

Great place to stay if you plan on using the go train to attend events in Toronto. You can walk from the hotel to the go train.

STAY AWAY !!

If I could give a 0 i would… The room was STINKYY and FILTHYYY! Dirt on the walls, on the floor, poorly renovated. The couch in the room has MASSIVE stains, smelled bad and overall was disgusting. We found stains on the bed sheets. When we asked to get new ones, the new ones had even more stains. When we told the front desk politely if we could get new ones and showed it to them , they gave us attitude and told us they maybe didn’t have any clean ones. Room service was barely existent and we had to change the bed ourselves. No new towels or toilet paper. The only good thing was the comfort of the bed and the pool. Overall, awful stay and experience

That couch stunk like pee and had visible stains all over it. We had to cover it with towels so we could sit and eat a take in supper. We had some guy in the lobby begging for change...we did not feel comfortable with him in the lobby...disappointing

Great staff but outdated building

Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive to needs. Building itself is very old and needs some upgrades, for example the a/c in the room we had was terrible it was either really cold or extremely hot, there was a lot of hair that was not ours in our bathroom, the beds were hard as a rock and the walls were paper thin you could hear everyone and it almost sounded as it the person above us was going to come through the ceiling. Kids enjoyed the pool but with the swimming lessons going on in the middle of their swim all the kids kept swimming into each other and the floors were very dirty. Again the staff were so nice!!

Not impressed...disappointed

The room was the first room connected to the laundry room. They began laundry extremely early and the headboards vibrated. The toilet kept emptying and refilling every 3 min. Advised front desk they came to room acted like it was the first they heard of this.. told us its probably the room upstairs taking shower or plumbing. We showed the issue of plumbing he said ill advise manager and never heard anything from manager. we booked room for 4 people i had to run around asking for extra towels and shampoo because we only had 3 towels and 1 shampoo! The floor was laminate flooring and after the pool we walked on floor and i used a hand towel to dry the foot prints and the towel was black with dirt. Beds were not comfortable but we dud have a microwave ad fridge that were functional.
