We stayed here from 10/21/23 to 10/28/23. The property was close to the beach, restaurants, stores, had two pools that were easily accessible from 9am to 9pm, front office staff were friendly and helpful during our in person contact. The parking was also convenient. It was great to have an elevator access, keyless entry to the property and easy access to the trash chute on each floor. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and lushes greens from our balcony. However, the furniture (sofa) appears to be weak and the bed felt unstable. We were afraid of moving too much because we might fall off the bed.
On the first day, we discovered the TV's volume didn't work. We notified the front office and they send maintenance to assess it. He determined the TV needs to be replaced. He returned the next day with a new TV in the box; unfortunately, the TV didn't fit on the current TV stand because it was too big. He said he told the front office that it was too big but they told him to bring it to the condo anyways to see if there is a way to set it up for use during our stay. He was not able to set up the TV and said he will let the front office know that he was not able to install the new TV; to see what they (front office staff) want him to do; either to get a new TV stand or mount it on the wall. That was Wednesday. We never heard from maintenance again and we never had the opportunity to use the TV during our entire stay. Pots needs updating too.
