This property and the management is horrendous. Despite checking in with them regularly before our arrival to confirm our booking, they canceled our room in order to upsell it to someone else. They have no staff on hand at the property and make you call them by phone if any issues. When I called them to ask for support with our check in, they indicated that they needed a few minutes and would call back. A few minutes later, they proceeded to send me this text message: Hi, we just got an update from our team. We regret to inform that the unit is not available anymore that's why unable to provide the unit currently. We will proceed with the full refund. Unfortunately due to some major maintenance issue unable to accommodate you at this moment. We haven't any room available for today. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
They did not respond to anything after that and I noticed all calls made to them went straight to voicemail from that point forward.
They then had some other guy conveniently at the property who suggested he could help as he had rooms in the building, although at a significant price increase. This place is so sketchy. While we were dealing with them, they did the same to at least 4 other families, some of whom were in tears as they had nowhere to go and it was getting late, not to mention most had just arrived from the airport like us.
