This property was very accommodating for our pet situation (2 pets plus a service animal) and very late arrival. However, when booking through Expedia, there's no way to tell the hotel that you're bringing pets. So, while we originally booked a room with sleeping arrangements for 5, those aren't considered "pet rooms", so we had to be moved to a room with sleeping arrangements only for 4 people, and there were 5 in our group. We were told there was nothing they could do or think of, since they do not have roll away beds. So, we crammed three people into one queen bed by having one sleep sideways at the foot. Better than sleeping on the tile floor I suppose. They need to buy a few roll away beds for situations such as these.
