It was a nice stay. I was disappointed that the skywalk was closed before we were done playing volleyball and, therefore, needed to walk outside to get into the hotel. The reason we book this hotel, versus the others, is to avoid walking outside. And, while I know it is not a far walk, it was still an unexpected inconvenience at 10:00 pm. The food was good at the Birch Bar, but the flatbreads were smaller than they were 2 weeks ago when I was here for my other daughter's volleyball tournament. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The room was nice, thought the temperature seemed to fluctuate from hot to very cool. Our water took about 10 minutes to warm up so we could take a shower. Just some inconveniences, but overall, a very nice trip.
