Nice hotel but bad experience
Beautiful new hotel, nice rooms, altbiugbpretty noisy from the street despite modern standard. Nice restaurant and bar on the rooftop. Experience was however mediocre. We wanted to check in at 2 pm, room wasn’t ready, they told us that they would give priority to clean room. Eventually ready at 3:30 pm. Then we got the keys and we entered a room where Someone just installed himself. Very embarrassing. Back at the reception they gave us another room and they gave us a 100 usd credit. Nice. We thought. At checkout they said that the 100 usd credit was on file. I believed them but when checking the invoice they sent by email the credit did not appear. I mailed then twice. No feedback. This is a very disappointing customer experience.
