Receptionist not professional. Stood at counter 3:45 and she acknowledged me w/a curt yes, as if i was bothering her. During checkin i asked her if my points were added to my account She told me to write number down and i told her i didn't have it on me. She said she needed the number. I had to ask her if she could look it up. She said she guessed she could use my email. Got to room and door wouldn't open. Daughter took keys back to be told we have to lift the handle. Room smelled like someone had just been eating fast food in there and strong cleaner smell. Asked for receipt at checkout. They said they would email it to me. Still haven't gotten it. Water pressure in sink low.
Proximity to everything was a kudo and breakfast was okay.
