Expected 5* but received 3*
The Hotel seems to be new but the overall impression is not so good.
Our family room was big and the beds are comfortable. The food was brilliant and our „personally“ waiter had alway full attention to our wishes and at the table. It was really a great food they prepared every day!
The room service was very poor. We are 3 people but the room wasn’t prepared for all of us. We got only 2 towels and 2 bathrobes. We claimed next day and it was corrected.
Two days later the room service wasn’t done till 4pm. We claimed again but it is a 5* hotel and nobody expects such a bad service!
We stayed mostly at the pool and we got the best service all days from life guard smiley man! Thank you so much for your honest and very friendly service! Absolutely amazing service from you!
The hotel management is strange organized. As an example, they are asking us at the morning about the service level we’ve received and our impression. BUT they are not interested about our feedback and they are only interested to working on their checklist!
There isn’t a beach but a nice small place at the oceanfront. You can do diving snorkeling and others. Mostly overrun from Russians.
The management doesn’t accept a privacy policy because they want to present the hotel to other traveling agents and they are doing videos without asking guests if they want them! Absolutely ridiculous!
Closing words about the hotel. Don’t expect a 5* resort. It’s more only 3* but the food is 4*+.
