We didn’t find out about this hotel being under construction until AFTER I booked.
This place is huge, with an elevator at each end. Our room was on one end but the same-end elevator was broken - it wouldn’t come when called to the 1st floor where the lobby is.
We walked to the elevator on the opposite side and took it to the he second floor then walked across the whole floor to the elevator at the opposite end, and we took the 2nd elevator to our floor.
The second floor is hazardous with construction, crowded, and filthy… no hotel guest should be instructed to walk there.
Our own floor was also dirty with drywall dust, the elevator was a mess, and the hallway is cosmetically ugly while awaiting the renovation.
The actual suite is spacious and well laid out, but kitchen was empty, TVs tiny, the bedroom doesn’t blacken out, and the vanity area has NO LIGHT.
Beds need real blankets, a comforter or duvet cover, not that cheap thing left in the closet. We were cold!
This hotel Should NOT be charging full price until things are fixed.
