Loved this property a year ago and though it changed owners since then, I wanted to stay here again for my 3-night visit to Phoenix. The grounds, amenities and rooms remain comfortable & clean and it is fairly priced. However, (1) the non-human/electronic process for checking in, asking questions and getting assistance did not go smoothly. I had trouble getting into my room the first couple days of my stay (one night I was outside in the dark courtyard at 12am until their handy man saved the day by driving over to unlock both mine and another guest's door). Come to find out, 2 days later and after multiple lock outs, that you need to press all key code room entry numbers with the pad of your finger, not the very short nail on my finger I was using without pause!; (2) the TV was set on Spanish and without instructions, I couldn't figure out where to change the language; and (3) security could definitely become an issue, as the front door and side gates were consistently open (even after 11pm when the hotel said they would be locked and need our passcode to open). In summary, this property has a lot of promise yet needs some serious fine tuning to be as successful as it could be!
