Everything was simply great: the rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable, all systems work perfectly despite some parts of the building being over 800 years old. The hotel is located in the old town and is a great place to stay as most landmarks are in the walking distance. The breakfast is very good. While it is not a budget hotel, it is certainly worth the money. From minuses: wifi could be stronger, even if it is an old building, nowadays there are many ways to organize good wifi signal, and it is a must actually in 2020; some small things (like asian-style bath slippers) were sophisticated but very difficult to use - don't underestimate practicality when selecting the design, please. This is, of course, a very small thing, but it is also part of the experience.
