I checked in, and I was given an accessible room when I did not book that kind of room. My reservation was made 3 wks in advance. For starters, the TV wasn't working. So I called the front desk, and the attendant says he's coming to check. He comes in, and it doesn't work. He says he is going to get another remote. He comes back with two remotes and nothing. I asked him why I was given an accessible room when I did not book that kind of room. He says they have nothing else available, but mind you, I made a reservation 3 wks ahead. I did not say anything, and he kept trying to fix the TV. When I looked, there was a bug on the bed, and I told him. He brushed it off and told me I would switch rooms. So I packed all my stuff, and he gave me another room on the 4th fl. I get there; everything seems to be okay. When I jumped in the shower, the body wash bottle was empty. Horrible, horrible experience.
