Actually, this hostel can be compared with a hotel. There is room service everyday, the beds are made, the bath is cleaned, the dustbins are emptied. I had a double room with a comfortable king sized bed, two small closets/lockers, a small table and TV. There were enough sockets and lamps, although the room itself was not very large. The room had a very large window with heavy dark curtains. The hostel stuff was polite, helpful, communicative and fun. There was a hotel bar, where you could buy drinks at certain hours in the evenings, and there was also a lounge, where you could enjoy some coffee/tea/milk/cacao (for free!) or play games (chess, cards, ping-pong, there's a ping-pong-table and karaoke!)... The hostel is located next to the Avenue Jean Medecin (lots of shops!), the Basilique Notre-Dame de l’Assomption, the main train station, the tramway and different bus stations. For me, it was the best place to stay in Nice. I really recommend it! I would choose this hostel again, when I come back someday.
