The staff were very nice. The room was relatively clean,not perfect but passable. The shower had plenty of beautiful hot water. Got given toiletaries and simple worn towel which was adequete. Cosmetically the place was a bit untidy but if you need a place to sleep it is very adequete. Im Australian and although the area looked a little sketchy I felt very safe. There is a bus stop 1 minutes walk away and supermarket etc very close.

Nothing is good about hotel you need to remove on expedia too it well ruin your reputation too.
Room is so dirt, insects are everywhere, insects in refrigrator and oven are dead literally so bad experience. Never book this hotel

The pictures did not do this room justice. We were originally put in a room that was open and looked like someone was cleaning. In our new “clean” room we watched a bug crawl up the wall.

The water was brown i was there a week and could not take a shower or bath. Had to go to planet fitness wvery night just to shower. There were dead flies in the room and i found q magot in the bed the first night there oh and the tv didn't work in the room

Room, there is not a ice machine in the whole hotel, there are no vending machines to get drinks, snacks etc, housekeeping does not come by your room and ask if you need anything such as clean towels, toilet tissue, there wasn't even a garbage can in the room , there were roaches in the room....it was just horrible

Room was disgusting! Housekeeping didn’t even bother to clean the bathroom. They just replace the towels. The sheets were dirty and damp. It says no smoking but the lamp was used as an ashtray. They didn’t vacuum or mop. Food was still in the refrigerator from the last guess and the microwave was dirty. Then the lady with the beard was mad at me because I said it was dirty.

It could had been better. The room has trash in it before I got in there. No towels or soap already. Tub was nasty. They gave me a roll of tissue then took it back. There was dead bugs on one of the beds. Also on hotel. Com it said the place was pet friendly but they don’t allow pets but let me keep mine there. J
