I was sick of staying in midtown, and this as a great change up. Convenient to the subway and in a great spot to walk on the shoreline. My room had plenty of space, everything I could want, and felt really safe as a solo traveler. The building was quiet. I will definitely consider staying again next time I'm in the city for work and would definitely consider if my family was traveling with me.

It was great to have the kitchen. Nice big rooms. Great location near lots of subway lines, restaurants and things to see. My room was facing another building so I couldn’t really open my blinds so that I could have some privacy. But otherwise everything was great!

We loved our room with the sleeping den. There was plenty of space for our family of five, everything was so clean and comfortable, and it was convenient to many sites downtown Manhattan and close to the subway. This was our first trip to New York City and I’m so glad we chose this place. Even being located around many popular sites, it also was on the quieter side. Olenka (I hope I’m spelling this correctly) was working at the front desk when we checked in and she was so helpful. We got there early and she gladly took our bags, she told us of a few places around the hotel to get something to eat (Felice was a great Italian restaurant) and showed us the lounge area and workout room and explained everything to us about our stay. She was so kind and that made our experience top-notch!

Excellent full apartment space in the heart of the city. Super walkable to great restaurants, the subway, Wall St., and Whole Foods! The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my family. You really can’t find this kind of product at this price in NYC. We were in a 1 bedroom with an additional sleeping den, and it accommodated our whole family easily. The staff showed us their 2 and 3-BRs and boy, they are bigger than our house at home. The full kitchen was perfect for breakfast in the morning, and the kids loved the pool table in the lounge. We’ll be back in a few months to take advantage of the (swimming) pool once the weather is nicer. All in all, you can’t beat the location, full apartment space, and great value. Shout out to Kyle and Ameire as well for taking care of us!

We stayed here for five days during our New York City trip, and overall the experience was disappointing. The only real highlight was the location, which made it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and transportation. Unfortunately, the property itself felt worn down and poorly maintained. Several bathroom fixtures were broken, the shampoo dispenser didn’t work, and the drains were slow. Cleanliness was also lacking, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially with kids. The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep after long days out. While the location is excellent, the condition of the property did not meet expectations. It needs better maintenance, cleaning, and updates to provide a comfortable stay.

Excellent place to stay the night before the Knicks 2026 championship parade. I love the convenience of having your own apartment-style hotel with all the kitchen amenities. Rooftop and lounge were beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and establishments every where! Walking around to explore was really nice, especially on a beautiful summer day/night. As a New Yorker who has traveled all over the world, I had an amazing staycation at Nester-Finn.
