This is a nice property, new, well appointed with a nice pool and gym. But whenever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a terrible experience with them. Three separate people communicated the day I was supposed to check in asking me when I was arriving. I told them at 9 PM. I arrived and the person supposed to be meeting me had not left his house yet, and he was a half hour away. I was supposed to let him know also but I was on the phone and did not see his text. Why I have to be communicating with three separate people I don’t know. My “host“ was barely intelligible did not speak English much at all, and refused to respond to repeated requests for basic help with my luggage. There is no valet service in my house initially refused to come out and help.I ended up in my room an hour after I arrived. Also….They have a coffee machine with no coffee, washing machine with no laundry detergent, no towels in the kitchen and I made repeated requests to get these items, with absolutely no response. I didn’t get it even after a week of staying there. There are other companies like Nomada that is supposed to be better, but do not rent from this company.
