It was a very nice experience staying on a yacht. The staff was very friendly and we had a very nice room. But there were a few things we didn't like:
- smoking people on the balcony
- there's no toilet brush (Why???)
- some housekeeper need to improve their English
- breakfast was a little bit chaotic at the buffet (There should be 1 or 2 people only responsible for the buffet to make sure everything is in place and food gets filled up before it's empty. Many mornings there were the same problems: no little plates, no spoons, no bowls, sometimes food empty even at 9.15 and so on. Plus it would be great not to clean up only the empty table.The table are quite small and no one took care about the empty dishes while we were sitting there.)
- The room was too cold. The heater doesn't work.
- you need to check the towels better (we had several times dirty towels plus hair)
