Einrichtung uralt und runtergekommen. Zimmer riechen streng nach Insektenmitteln (oder ähnlichem) und Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Gut: Zentral gelegen.

Guy at front desk is rude as hell. Charged me $30 per night pet fee with no indication there is an additional fee for pets. Refuse to give fresh towels after 11am. Stayed for a week. Not once did anyone bother checking on us for house cleaning or anything else.

Perfect place for an inexpensive getaway.
The staff was amazing and the hotel was perfect for our needs. A little tired, but very well kept and clean. Location was great and I would definitely stay here again

Very disappointed 😞
Where to start..... First I did not expect a highend stay but I did exspect good customer services and a clean room. First we pull up infront for check in. The front desk person was standing outside arguing with someone on the phone while smoke. Made us wait several minute while finishing there smoke. They finally came in to help us they continued to have there conversations on the phone the whole time they checked us in. When we booked earlier in the month and paid in advance we informed them a services dog would be with us and i would need one level with clean access to our room. While checking in the front desk kept try to charge the additional fee for my service dog. It was explained to them several times that in the motels policy stated all pet fees for service animals are wavied. They were very annoyed visible while correcting my paperwork. After a 30 plus minute check in we finally get to our room. At first glance it looked nice and smelled clean. But after being in the room a few minute we found gummys on the bathrrom floor, A dirty shower/tub, dirty floors trash in the trash can. Tv stand had rings of thick sticky substance on them. You could tell the staff made the beds with over bleached linen, added towles and soap then left. Im sad to see that a small place like this does not hold a higher standard. I have stayed here many time off and on over 20 plus years and this was the first time I said I don't believe we will come back.

Not worth the price and would not stay here again
For the price I paid, I would not stay here again. The room was in need of a major upgrade. Upon arrival, I left the door open for about 15 minutes to air out the smell of cleaner. It still smelled for about 24 hours after. Furniture was sticky, stains all over walls and dust everywhere. Remote did not work the flat screen tv and it took about an hour to figure out how to turn the tv off. The mattresses were covered in plastic, which could be seen as a blessing and a curse at the same time. We were in room 130, which is near the street so we heard traffic all night long, in addition to our noisy neighbor who passed out over the steering wheel of his running car the first night we were there. We were told by the front desk staff that this is normal. He stays there all the time. I expected a lot more for what I paid for the room. I would not pay more that $100 a night for a room like this, even on a busy weekend.

Nice relaxing weekend
It was very nice and relaxing. We enjoy staying there, because it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the battlefield. The hotel is very dog friendly and the staff are very nice, friendly and welcoming.

Very old and like many of the reviews said before me a strong odour. Overcame this to a point with aircon running on fan only and sprayed the room. Floor was sticky and towel was worn and prickly.

The room was fine, a little dated but clean and at least my shower worked well .. good flow and drain. I found the bed comfortable, slept great both nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I had a small issue with the room and I went to the office and within an hour, problem solved .. The owner is very approachable about any problems you may have and absolutely willing to work with you. Right in the middle of the action .. Many places are walkable and /or a very short drive to just about everything you'd want to see in Gettysburg.

I’ve been going to Gettysburg for 20 years and this is the first time staying here. Honestly bang for the buck it’s outstanding. Beds were comfy showers were alright. It’s a great budget stay and let’s face it, everyone goes to their room to sleep and that’s about it. The budget friendliness is outstanding and it gets the job done!

I had reserved a room with 2 beds at the three Crowns motor lodge-they bumped me to a one bed in The Colton inn-finally gave me atwo bed room. The overly cloying floral scent almost knocked me over when I opened the door. I asked the staff for a nuetralizer and got another smell-did not use. Too late to change motels-but extremely disappointed in the downgrade-she mentioned overbooking. Will not reserve at either motel in the future.
