The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot have the good shower... I immediately called the recepetion to fix it out, but they could not, while I asked recepetion to pick up the new room key to us tmw morning, and the reception said YES. BUT, the day I waked up, they still drived us to the reception to wait in the cold windy weather outside, while we finally changed the new room, but still no hot water, and the reception tried to leave us. Cause the RECEPTION said they had a lot of customers need to serve, he didn't want to serve only us.... I cannot believe this situation happend, if the recepetion cannot help us, how could he help other customers???? And than we changed the three times for the third room in the end. The recepetion didn't give us any good atitude, no smile, no help at all.
