This visit was terrible. we were traveling with two kids (10&4) and it was after 11 o’clock before we could get into another hotel. This was a nightmare. The first room we went to she couldn’t get the key to work. Then she tried three more rooms and couldn’t get a key to work. When she did finally get a key to work in a room, the pullout sofa had rusted shut and could not be opened. She then moved us to a final room which we thought was OK but wasn’t the best and we would try to check out the next day. However, we quickly found out we were wrong the pull out and this one did work, but it was not a full mattress Underneath the mattress were Band-Aid rappers and lots of dirt. When opening the sheets that were provided for the mattress, we found a bug in them. There was hair in the shower and on the towel when we asked for a refund because we would not be staying there that night she was told she could not refund us for the night, though we had not done anything. Weeks later, we were finally refunded after multiple calls to not only the hotel but Expedia.
