Absolutely disgusting we couldn’t even stay the night, we got two rooms, in one room we noticed a bad smell which turned out to be a spilled bottle of nesquik under the bed, not to mention half of someones weave under the covers in the bed and the insane amount of crumbs. In the other room someone seems to have poured out a whole bag of rasins as well as cramming them into the air conditioner unit. The hallways were also disgusting, there was a layer of crumbs on the carpet as well as count them 3 used plungers next to the ice maker and what i hope was chocolate hand prints on the wall. My wife and friends did not feel comfortable staying at the property so we left before staying the night i was told to call a manager in the morning but apparently the manager isn’t in until Tuesday. The front desk didnt seem to care about these issues at all.

I got what I paid for! Cheap hotel under $100 got me a room with a uncomfortable bed and a shower that didn't work. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, staff took no responsibility. I won't do this again.

I stayed there a total of 5 days. Housekeeping not once came and cleaned the room. No fresh towels. No trash removed from trash baskets. The basic services that most hotels provide were lacking here.

The only reason I’m giving this place, even 2 stars is because the room itself appeared to be clean and the sheets were clean. Everything outside of the room, however, was a disaster. I’ll sum it up like this. The police showed up and notified me that they were called at least once a week to this place-oh and the wrong card was charged, leading to additional fees. The response was “there’s nothing we can do“

It was a relatively decent accommodation for the price. Everything was adequate as we had everything we needed in the room. The main complaint I had was that the breakfast bar should be served daily, though the flexibility with checking out at a small fee was enormously helpful.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience I stayed at the Exton Hotel and Conference Center from Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The conditions of the hotel were deplorable. The bathtub had rust stains, the shower did not work properly, and there was only cold water. The room was in poor condition, with wallpaper peeling off the walls, making the entire space look neglected and unclean. I also spoke with other guests who were staying there for the weekend, and they shared similar experiences. Many complained about the terrible odor in their rooms. It was clear that these were not isolated problems. The customer service was just as disappointing. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. When I asked if there was a luggage cart available to help transport our belongings to our room, I was told there wasn’t one, and the staff showed no concern or willingness to assist. We were forced to carry all of our luggage ourselves to our room using the elevator. No guest should have to pay to stay in conditions like these. The hotel is in desperate need of repairs, better housekeeping, and customer service training for its staff. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here and would strongly encourage management to address these serious issues immediately.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and even easier check out. It rained during our stay so we were unable to use the pool. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Tub was chipped but didn't stop us from showering. There was a breakfast buffet. It was $7 per person. Food was plentiful and fresh. Staff was very friendly, even came over and checked on us while we were eating. Would recommend.

The lobby was nice, but once up on the floor it was dark and dirty. I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed and only received a single sheet and one pillow, which I had to ask twice for. I also had to ask for a third set of towels since only two sets were provided even though I had registered three guests. I didnt actually receive a third set, instead they brought two bath towels. The breakfast was meh, on par with the complimentary breakfast at other hotels, but here you have to pay. The lady managing breakfast was shamelessly pandering for tips. The shower requires that you pull the handle so hard it seems like it will break to turn on and if you dont pull that hard, the staff treats you like an idiot for not knowing how to get their janky shower working.

I normally don’t post reviews but figured I would do so to save a family from making the mistake of booking a stay at this location. The hotel appeared run down and outdated. Pictures online don’t depict the true nature of the room/bathroom. The bathroom was very questionable, it was not clean. Rust in the toilet, wallpaper was coming off behind the bathroom door, the towels weren’t full sized bath towels, it was 4 of us 2 adults/2 children. The AC couldn’t be adjusted and it was loud. There was so much noise from the guest, heard running and yelling throughout the night. The hallways were disgusting, guest left their garbage in front of their doors. We couldn’t get through tit he front desk when we called from the room, it was busy tone. When we called from our cellphones, no one answered. Overall, it was a bad experience. We checked out @9am even though checkout was @11am.

I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. There’s trash everywhere that they leave for days and don’t clean up, including in the hallways, that was there for two days during my day and not cleaned up.The elevators are in need of serious repair. The overall property is very rundown and needs some serious TLC. I rate the overallcleanliness as a D minus.
