The employees speak no English, so there were a lot of misunderstandings. If there is a problem, you can not speak to the staff, you need to wait hours (!) for the manager to come. No one wants to wait hours just to speak a problem or to organize something! You are not in some office, you are on your vacation! I needed an invoice, because I didn't get any payment receipt during check-in, so I had to wait hours for the manager to come and understand what I want. She said that there will be an invoice at check-out. But there was no invoice, no payment bill, no voucher, nothing at check-out! You are in a hurry to get your flight and the employee does not understand what you need, the manager herself is not there and didn't organize your invoice beforehand, although you made it clear to her, that you need one.
Besides the breakfast is very simple and every day the same, (I was one week there), they remove even some items after 2 or 3 days, for example apples, the only fruit that was there, disappeared at the 3rd day. There is no juice or something like that, and no water! You can apparantly ask for water, but they don't tell you that beforehand! I have asked the manager myself after one day. Don't forget, you can barely speak English to the staff. You need to ask separately for water at breakfast, and just water in glass is free, not in the bottle, they don't tell you that either, so that they can charge extra fees at check-out.
I don't recommend this hotel.
