When I went to check in they DID NOT have our PAID reservation. I had to wait in the lobby with the clerk so long my husband came in to check and make sure I was okay. She was very friendly, however even after making a calls and text to the manager my reservation was missing! I paid in FULL! I was there for my daughters gymnastics meet, and very fortunate that they were not full, even though she stated they were almost at compacity. luckily we were able to get a different room for the night. pillows, no good, bed hard, slept like crap, my entire family slept horrible. My daughter was "off" at her meet due to this. It sucked. I also am aware of another of our gym families that went to check in and their room was given to someone else and had chargers not of their own on their credit card. HORRIBLE EXPERANCE, we wont be back, and we normally like the homewood. Not again!
