If you are in Istanbul on a low-budget trip and just need a place to stay, then Febor Park Hotel is good. It is very close to multiple bus and subway stations, so going to Istanbul's typical touristic sights like Taksim would be easy. The hotel also doesn't charge you extra for a parking spot or breakfast, and the rooms are well equipped (AC, mini fridge, safe, kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, etc.).
The problem is, the hotel's interior itself looks rundown. The photos here on hotels.com look good, but I am pretty sure they were taken when the hotel was new. The room I was staying need a fresh coat of paint at least. The reading lamp beside my bed didn't work, the kettle for boiling water had a crack along its handle, the towels (while clean) had sometimes little spots on them.
As I mentioned in my first sentence, good for short stays in Istanbul when you don't want to or can't spend too much money.
