I booked a room, for 4 nights, at the Wyndam Irvine Hotel, in January 2025. I made the reservation on Hotels.com. I must say that I was disappointed in the service as well as the condition of the room we stayed in. When I checked in, a younger girl was at the desk to check in. She appeared unfriendly, checked me in, seemed to have an attitude and said nothing about the amenities, which I had to ask about (regarding the morning breakfast.) Once we checked into the room, there was only one small bar of soap for the room and the bed spreads were very thing, so I had to go back to the front desk and ask for additional soap and a day later, go back and ask for another blanked or quilt, which I received. The room was less than satisfactory, with a very stained carpet, a few stains on the white bed spreads, and rust on the shower drain. The internet was extremely slow, as well.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
