This place was o.k., but they are charging quite a bit for what you get. The location is good, and the rooms were well kept, and the breakfast was very good. But if you are selling a place that has WiFi in all the rooms, it has to be better than the god awful provider they had. It cut off about every ten minutes, and you would have to log back in every time that happened. When it did work, it was very slow.
I guess because it has a pool it justifies charging the price of a hotel, but other than that, you can get all the things it offers for a much lower price in Kuta. Another turn off was the staff sleeping in the middle of the yard in front of my room at night. The power was off for about 90 minutes on my first day, (and no, it wasn’t an island wide outage; they were working on something.) The restaurant there, Sushi-K, serves up “authentic” sushi, using fish that is obviously frozen. As with the rooms, you can do much better for the price elsewhere.
