I was asked to fill out a prearrival form with several fields.
After some time spent, I was asked to submit a photo of my driver's licence. I'm in my seventies and not techy. If I didn't attach the picture, I could not continue with the prearrival form. I had to call the motel, and they said not to worry, it would be taken care of when we arrive. So basically, I was blindsided and spent time on the prearrival form, to no avail. This is the first time I have ever been asked to attach a picture via email. I would suggest they give a disclaimer at the beginning, and just say that the form may speed up your checkin, but wasn't required. I went to the outside hot tub, and the jets weren't operational. After that I took a shower and the soap dispenser was broken. To add to the frustration, the shower did not drain properly, so I was standing in a couple of inches of water. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. It had a nice big screen tv. I don't normally spend this much on a room and overall it was disappointing. The room key worked well which was a plus. I don't plan to stay there again however.
