I reserved accessible room and apparently I reserved for hearing impaired rather than for physically impaired. Based on a conversation with a front desk employee regarding my specific requests they knew I reserved wrong type room for my needs. Absolutely no one said anything to me by message, phone call or at check in. I had a physically challenged 85 year old with me and asked for minimal walk from elevator and room was at end almost of a long hallway, I asked for bench seat for the TUB and got shower only room. I just think more of an effort could be made to help a customer. It’s like they want to punish you for reserving through a third party. I think Conrad Hilton would agree.
Otherwise it’s a really nice property.
