First, there was a huge mixup, and how many days I was staying. I had went three different times to clarify my checkout dates, and yet I was locked out of my room two times. I had booked an additional night because I needed to stay till Saturday two P.M. the lady at the desk told me that I was staying till two P.M. Saturday so I canceled the additional night. Friday comes around and my key doesn’t work. Cause I’m locked out because I was supposed to be checked out, and then I get a call from the front desk stating that housekeeping went in and saw that I was still there. I had to pay an additional night because I was supposed to be checked out Friday, but two days before the lady confirmed that I was good till Saturday I get a call stating that I should’ve been out, but yet I confirmed that I was good till Saturday at two. Once we got that cleared up Saturday. I come back to my room and the key is locked and I get a call stating that I should’ve been checked out check out as 11. I said I made it quite clear that I needed to stay Saturday, two P.M.
After showing my frustration, they were able to compensate me with waived fees, or apologizing. The suite its self was decent. The tub stopper didn’t work. The TV in the bedroom. Didn’t work. The door to the room. Didn’t close all the way. But, to be honest, it was a least of my worries, considering my situation, having to stay in a suite.
