We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was cold and impersonal. Staff barely acknowledged us, and any interaction felt like an inconvenience to them.
The cleanliness throughout the property was lacking. The elevator was dirty and visibly scratched up, setting a poor tone early on. While the rooms appear to have had some decor updates, they were not clean. The windows were so stained with sea spray that we couldn’t see through them, and there were black fingerprints all over the glass. The screen was bent and held together with electrical tape — very unprofessional.
The biggest issue was the bed. When we checked it, we found the mattress cover full of pet hair, human hair, and other debris. It was extremely off-putting and made us question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.
Breakfast was another letdown. While they offered a variety of options, everything lacked freshness, and there were very few gluten-free choices available. It was, unfortunately, the worst breakfast experience we’ve had at a hotel in quite some time.
We really wanted to enjoy our stay, but the lack of care and attention to detail made it impossible. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
