The resort is clean, with excellent facilities and convenient rooms. However, the biggest challenge is getting to the resort as they do not provide shuttle service for guests, which I wish they would consider adding.
The food is fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from, but booking restaurants can be a challenge. For example, I tried to book the Italian restaurant a day in advance, but it was already full. Make sure to plan well in advance if you want to secure a spot at your preferred dining venue.
The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent, but the TV facilities are disappointing. If you have kids or plan to use the TV, note that it’s not a smart TV, and you can’t connect your devices to it.
Overall, we had a great stay, and I truly appreciate the service and amenities provided. While the location isn’t the most convenient, the resort offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, if you plan to visit downtown or leave the resort frequently, you might want to consider alternative options.
