I had booked this motel a week in advance and the moment they saw me they turned me away for having a service animal. I reminded him I was federally protected he told me he had no pet rooms available. I reminded him it was not a "pet" it was a service animal and he refused me service and acted like he was doing me a favor by canceling me for free. He then lied to hotels.com/Expedia telling them it was due to maintenance. I will never stay here, and honestly should press charges. Horrible horrible horrible. Mr. Patel was the one who turned me away and lied to the booking website.
