Starting out positive, the decor was cute, it was a small place but there were many issues. If it weren't for a non-refundable stay for 5 nights, we would have checked out earlier. We booked this place out of convenience but it was not worth the amount we paid, at all.
Hot hot rooms. Hot water heat and also affected the temp of the showers. Was told to either open the window. If you lowered the temp, you would need to do so below 50degrees, it would not heat up until 48hrs later. If too low or suggested on a note by the thermostat to get a space heater at the front desk.
The rooms were VERY noisy. Old building, thin ceilings and walls.
Only ice maker broken and had to go to the bartender daily for ice. No microwaves in the room but they had one in the lobby to share with everyone.
The pool and the sauna were nice but the whirlpool wasn't hot at all. The pool area was very dirty and needed much repair. (pealing paint on the pool deck and in the whirlpool and pool. (plus mold and corrosion).
The fitness center was a joke. Lots of bands and free weights but the treadmill and Elliptigo were not able to be plugged in. Corrosion and rusted.
Overall, it appears this place is struggling ALOT and while the Front Office staff were very nice, we are very regretful that we selected this place. Never again.
