First impression was quite bad: entrance is dirty and messy, the receptionist unfriendly. After the payment in advance for 5 nights (+3 percent fees for any card payments, he wish cash!), we are informed that we have no hot water in the sink and the carpet is "a bit wet".
We take it with humor (Adventure in the city!) and laugh at the wet and dirty carpet, moldy bathroom ceiling, broken table, the filthy windows and so on.
The first morning we learn, the breakfast is included in the price - as booked, but we have to prepare it by our self. That would be no problem if there would be something in the fridge except bread and margarine. With much effort, demands a lot of patience we get eggs and milk. Tea is available in vast quantities (black, cheap). Not coffee. (THAT was ALL, no juice, no fruits, nothing else)
On the following evening, as coming back to the hotel we find: hot water tap is still not repaired, although the plumber had been there - he has left a dirty bad. The receptionist finds "that can happen" and expect understanding. We are fed up and expect a compensation (discount) and an immediate solution. He doesnt accept so we decide to leave the hotel (after he refunds the paid amount).
I could describe some more details, but I think it is enough. The Positive: bed linen and towels were clean. But that is all. The pictures are either very old or very photoshoped!
