I´m going to talk about the things that I didn´t like about the hotel, the things I liked can, I hope, be guessed by the reader. First, the check-in was very slow as it took more than fifteen minutes to get a talk to the receptionist, then another 7 minutes to finish all the procedure. They made me sign something I tried to get explained, but I gave up. It was a 20 GBP, BUT it was not charged to my card...they said it was cancelled the same evening...
Before I arrived to my room, which was on the third floor, I had to take the stairs from the second floor as that was all what the elevator could reach. It didn´t take long time, but I was thinking about my knee injury. That was not comfortable if I had to walk up and down the `few´ steps.
The bathroom was spacious, BUT showering in the tube was not easy at all, as the shower´s head was fixed on the wall, so I had to `stick´ myself near it AND avoided hitting my head with the ceiling...it was not easy.
The tiny bedroom is normally to relax and indeed it was relaxing: the matrace was hard if you like it, and the noise, although there was an aluminium extra `window´, in the morning was supportable. I was happy I had a boring audio book that I put on. All in a nutshell, it was too noisy.
After all, nagging has never been my speciality, but for the price I had paid I think people should know.
