Reading all previous comments, the hotel seems to just respond with a standard statement - disappointing.
The hotel is great, has fantastic location and the building would allow a first class hotel, however.....
1) The fitness center is average. The usage of the adjacent (very good one) is helpful, but unfortunately with limited opening hours.
3) Room Service: reception told us we had to ask for this day by day. Our kind request to simply list this as default did not work, though repeated twice. Room service lacked attention (e.g. providing water or replacing empty bathroom amenities).
4) Resort fee: with 32$ (now 36 $), this should be more transparent while booking. Recommend to add this rather to the daily rate. It is not comfortable to be surprised by this, while it only provides "usage of the amenities of the hotel". As a worldwide standard, using the features of a hotel of that category should not come "on top".
5) Parking Fee: 40$ as daily fee are quite high for a forced stay in the parking house. There is no way to park anywhere else.
6) Reception: we would recommend to support the staff in professional handling of the number of guests and the type of complaints. Though they did their best, it seems that they lacked experience and professionalism. They of course have to deal with those items we listed under 1 - 5.
7) WIFI: staying with 4 persons, however, the free internet access was limited to 2.
