I’ve booked this hotel for a third year now while in town for Lost Lands, and it’s perfect — affordable, clean, and spacious. I always book the double queen room even though it’s for two guests (we pack a lot). I love that there’s a work desk, couch, coffee table, bright LED bathroom lighting, a mini fridge, and a separate sink with counter space. They have a better than average little breakfast buffet that also has a waffle maker, fruit, pastries, cereal, and yogurt, in addition to your typical scrambled eggs and meat. The only possible con I have is that it’s close to the airport, so you may need noise cancelling earbuds if you’re a light sleeper. It’s never been an issue for me or my guests.
