Check in was a nightmare, first they down graded my room without telling me but was changing me for the higher priced room. (King bed room). She stated they had none left, yet there was even some still showing. Then after 15-20mins she finally says ok we can do a king room.
Then we proceeded to the second room, the key cards didn’t work! Twice.
Then to top it off we had to go back down because she inputted my information wrong and I couldn’t connect to wifi.
She was rude, never explained anything about the menu or QR code.
Parking was limited, and lacked security.
Best part of the stay was clean room, and the maintenance man was so polite.
I ran into the maintenance man twice on our stay both times it was a pleasure.
We have never been so disappointed in a Marriott stay before in our lives to date, till this one.
Hospitality, and kindness goes a long way!
