Disgusted after 4 years of being a guest.
1 - in 4 years they have never ever cleaned my room
2 - my last check in was for 2 nights. my first morning i left for 1 hour and when i returned someone had entered my unit, unlocked the window security latch, opened the window, and left it open and totally accesible to anyone who wanted to enter my unit! Totallly unacceptable.
3 - when at night at the property and a homeless man exposed himself and staff didn't seem to care no issue.
4 - when the bathtubs almost never worked it wasn't the end of the world either.
5 - when they emptied the pool but provided no discount no big deal.
6 - when they stopped breakfast no big deal.
BIG DEAL when i leave for an hour and return to find my personal things exposed to anyone for the taking since the window was unlatched and then opened fully for anyone to enter my unit.
I asked for a partial refund and an apology or both. I was only given a lip service apology which means little.
YOU CAN DO BETTER! YOUR STAFF CAN DO BETTER! FOUR YEAR CUSTOMER AND IM OUT FOR YOUR TEAMS INCOMPETANCE.
If you have valuables, a cell phone, a lap top, cloths, personal things - then take them with you because if your gone for an hour they may have entered your room, unlocked the security latch for window, and opened the window wide for anyone to take anything of yours that they want.
I grew up with family businesses. This seems to be a family business- YOU CAN DO BETTER.
