Eine solch grossartige & aufmerksamen Service habe ich bisher in einem 5* Hotel selten gesehen. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr vielfältig und hervorragend. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Würde jedem dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen.

The food was exceptional, rooms were immaculately clean, the staff incredibly accommodating, and the scenic views breathtaking. This hotel with all it has to offer has restored our faith in five-star quality and what it means to go above and beyond in terms of caliber. Our little girl didn’t want to leave! Carlos, Mariano and the Kids Club staff provided more entertainment and days filled with activities and fun than we had anticipated. There was never a shortage of things to do and something for everyone, even those who like myself care to have a break with just a good book and cocktail in hand. The people here always greeted you with a smile and would go out of their way to make sure you were enjoying yourselves in the most genuine of ways. The concierge service were very attentive and made sure your meals were all planned in advance so you weren’t ever waiting for a table. We don’t come across a hotel we’d visit twice often. It’s actually a rarity for us, but we’d definitely make an exception for Grand Velas.

We had a wonderful experience, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Phenomenal service from Patty at the pool, Carlos in activities to Maria at the concierge. We are so grateful to all of them for making us feel pampered in our week vacation. We will definitely come back soon.

The staff members were so helpful and cordial. It was a mom and daughter trip and they made our stay feel unbelievably special. The restaurants are top notch and the food is amazing! If I could I would always bring my family here. The only thing is… nothing against the hotel, but if you are a family that has small children… be mindful of others please and don’t act as if your kids and you own the restaurant. Be respectful of others and keep your kids iPads at no volume. I don’t understand the reason of bringing your small kids if they won’t be part of the family dinner conversation or be there to observe and feel part of quality time.
