I was a bit disappointed especially (1) floor was not really cleaned so carpet was full of dusts and my child got allergies reaction so have to take medication and some amenity was not filled, ie cosmetic tissue was empty not. Room was connection room to unknown neighbors and they should lock the door but it was open. It was so unsecured and needs to complain. And (2) Front office tried to charge extra for parking, which I already paid room, breakfast and parking via Expedia. If I did not complain with proof of Expedia booking, they even did not refund me at check-out (I had impression, they have noticed double charged but try not to mention) I liked Van der Valk hotel group but certainly changed my opinion, completely with this experience.
